From 81 South / North -
-Take Exit 223 (old exit 67) (New Milford) off I-81.
-Take left at bottom of ramp.
-Go down the road for about 1/4 of a mile.
-Take a left at the junction of Rt. 11 South. (Pump and Pantry is in front of you).
-Travel Route 11 for approximately 1 mile to junction 706 west.
-Take a right onto 706 West.
-Travel 706 for approximately 7 miles.
-Take a right hand turn at the Tractor Supply store.
-The school will be 1 mile from this turn.
From 29 S-
-Travel 29 North through Tunkhannock. Go straight at the traffic light in Tunkhannock.
-Travel about 22 miles north on 29 North. Go to the stop light in Montrose.
-Take a right at the light. Continue on this road past McDonalds.
-Just after Pump and Pantry the road will split, stay right at the split.
-Approximately 500 yards there is a "Y" (near Emberz Restaurant), take a left turn.
-The school will be on this road on left.
From 29 N-
-Take Route 7 in New York State in Conklin.
-Take a right turn off of Route 7 (29 South).
-Take 29 South to Montrose (10 miles).
-After passing a lake with water tanks on left, there is a junction Route 706.
-Turn left at the stop sign by the Golf Course onto 706 East.
-Go 1/2 mile to a Y. Turn left at Y (near Emberz Restaurant) in the road.
-School is on this road on left.
All Sports are held at the Montrose Area School Campus, except Golf.
Montrose Country Club
-Take Exit 223 (old exit 67) (New Milford) off I-81.

-Travel Route 11 for approximately 1 mile to junction 706 west.
-Travel on 706 for 8 miles. At the Y stay right. The golf course is at this intersection.
From Vestal-
-Route 26 through Vestal Center NY because Rt. 267 in Pennsylvania.-Follow Rt. 267 south.
-Approx. 5 miles through the town of Choconut to the small town of St. Joseph.
-Turn left off Rt. 267, there is a brick church and a small phone company building as you make the turn.
-Follow this road approx. 6 miles, down hill to stop sign at the junction with Rt. 167.
-Turn right onto Rt. 167 south and continue to the junction with Rt. 706.
-Make a left onto Rt. 706 east and follow it straight through the red light continuing through town past "Mc Donalds" and 2 car dealers.
-Just past the "Pump & Pantry" mini-mart continue to bear to the right through the Y in the road.
-Go 1/2 mile to another Y in the road, turn left there will be a "The Basil Leaf" restaurant near the Y.
-Continue up this road, high school is on the left.
